I really appreciated the warm, compassionate and engaging style of the presenters. The session felt calm, friendly and approachable, with mellow, measured tones that both invited participation and felt soothing to listen to. The information was clearly delivered and gave helpful insight into attachment-based counselling. Jo and Georgina worked together so naturally, sharing the material with ease and using clear, accessible language to explain the concepts. Their experience and knowledge came through, but in a way that felt human, grounded and welcoming rather than overwhelming. Overall, this was an informative, thoughtful and engaging introduction to attachment-informed practice, delivered by expert presenters who felt compassionate, approachable and easy to learn from.

A really enjoyable and thought-provoking hour. The session was well structured, clearly presented and full of useful information about avoidant attachment. Georgina was engaging and knowledgeable, and I would have happily stayed longer for more examples, questions and discussion.
